Yongnian County Yunchang Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 and is one of the initiators of Yongnian Standard Parts. The company is located in the historic city of Yongnian Fastener Industrial Zone in Handan, Hebei. It is adjacent to Beijing–Guangzhou railway and China National Highway 107 in the west, Beijing Zhuhai Expressway in the east and Qinghong Expressway in the south. The company covers an area of over 20000 square meters, with modern factory buildings, production lines, and equipped with complete testing equipment. It is one of the well-known enterprises in the Yongnian standard parts industry.
Since its establishment, the company has established a development policy of striving for survival through quality. For more than a decade, it has been strict and self disciplined, and has now achieved significant development. At present, the company has more than 270 employees, including 35 graduates from universities and vocational schools, 2 senior engineers, 8 engineers, and 18 senior technicians. The employee team is stable. At present, the company has more than 70 domestic machinery and equipment, with four branches, namely, bolt factory, nut factory, thermoelectric plating parts factory and heat treatment factory. Each branch takes the lead in owning bolt high-frequency induction heating hot upsetting forming equipment, Coal gasification Hot-dip galvanization production line and other equipment that surpass its peers.
Our company's products are all made of materials from large steel mills and can provide users with a series of fasteners made of various materials such as Q235, A3 #, 35 #, 45 #, Q345, 40Cr, 35CrMv, etc.
