1、 Quality assurance system

Since its establishment, our company has established a development policy of "survival based on quality" and firmly established a business philosophy of "superior quality and customer first". The company has put forward the policy of "advocating full participation, continuously improving the quality management system, improving product quality, continuously meeting customer requirements, and making more contributions to the construction of electricity, highways, and other industries", and has worked hard around this policy to achieve high product and customer satisfaction rates and continuously improve and improve the company. All employees of the company strive to improve their own quality in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 standard, strictly implement various quality management systems, strengthen quality control in all aspects of the product, do their best to do a good job in after-sales service, continuously improve product quality, and promote the progress and development of the enterprise

Our company has compiled a complete set of "Quality Manual" based on the requirements of GB/T19001-2016 Quality Management System Standards and combined with our actual situation. The manual covers 15 elements related to the quality system, and by clarifying the responsibilities, authorities, and interrelationships of each department, a documented quality system procedure is developed to ensure that quality related activities are under control and that the enterprise continuously and evenly produces qualified products.

To ensure that the company's products continuously meet customer needs and expectations, the technical department is responsible for continuously adopting product standards and technical standards. Through technological innovation and equipment improvement, new technologies are introduced, processing processes and methods are improved to ensure that the products meet the requirements of the standards. The company continuously improves and improves the quality of the products, and manufactures excellent products, Strive to ensure that the products of the enterprise reach a higher level in China or the industry.

Through the joint efforts of all employees, the company ensures the normal and effective operation of its quality system. After operation confirmation, the quality system currently established by the company is suitable and effective in ensuring that products meet customer requirements and achieve continuous quality improvement. We have passed the certification and audit of the Quality Assurance Center of the China Quality Association and obtained the ISO9001 Quality System Certification (see copy).

2、 Quality assurance measures

Our company obtained ISO9001 quality system certification in October 2009, and through continuous and effective quality system operation, the specific quality assurance measures for each operation process are as follows:

1. Contract review

Contract review starts from bidding and negotiation intention, until signing the contract, to ensure that the requirements of the bidding or contract are clearly defined and capable of implementation. Ensure that the contract and revised contract are correctly transmitted to relevant departments.

2. Quality requirements

Stipulate and document how to meet the contract quality requirements for the manufacturing of steel tower fasteners, components and highway fasteners for power transmission, including: preparing quality plans, resource allocation, and ensuring the consistency of production process, inspection, test, installation, service, packaging and transportation requirements; Define quality levels, confirm validation timing, acceptance standards, etc.

3. Ensure procurement quality

Conduct subcontractor evaluation on the raw materials and purchased parts required for production. The procurement documents are approved and valid versions. Verify the purchased products at the subcontractor's source, and conduct acceptance inspection on the purchased products according to relevant regulations for incoming inspection after entering the company. Return or exchange immediately if not qualified.

4. Product Identification and Traceability

All products produced by our company have the "YC" Yunchang trademark and product model for easy identification and traceability.

5. Process control

Our company strictly follows the planned production process according to the process flow, and has developed a process control plan for special processes and implemented it. All operators have received training and are certified to work. They use equipment to maintain and repair according to procedures, ensuring production is carried out under normal process conditions. Measuring instruments are regularly tested to ensure the transmission of correct values.

6. Inspection and testing

Process inspection is based on the same standards, procedure documents, inspection instructions, process procedures, etc.

(1) Incoming inspection

Conduct inspections according to the "Incoming Inspection Regulations" to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.

(2) Process inspection

The operator shall conduct an inspection first, and report it to a specialized inspection after passing the inspection. Only after passing the inspection can the full appearance inspection be carried out

(3) Terminal inspection

Conduct mechanical and chemical tests on products with qualified dimensions and appearance in accordance with GB/3098.1. After passing the tests, a "Product Qualification Certificate" will be issued, and the product can only be released after being signed and stamped.

Unqualified products shall be identified and isolated by inspectors for status identification.

7. Handling, storage, packaging, protection, and delivery

In order to maintain the quality of product manufacturing, our company has developed relevant procedures and taken measures to prevent quality degradation caused by improper handling, storage, packaging, protection, and delivery, ensuring that the products are delivered in good condition to users.

8. Services

Within 24 hours after the arrival of our company's products (except for special circumstances), after-sales service personnel will arrive on site for service, inventory, handover, user feedback on the arrived products, feedback, and quality management. If problems occur, corrective and preventive measures will be taken immediately to ensure that the quality of our company's products does not affect the entire project quality and construction period.

9. User Access

After one year of installation and use of our company's products, after-sales service personnel will visit users to understand the use and operation of the products, in order to provide timely feedback and improvement to users.
